Meet Kelly

Hi, I’m Kelly Roche and I have been a full-time realtor/associate broker for 7 years. I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of my buyer and seller clients over the last few years, including 50+ clients in 2023.

Growing up in a small town near Letchworth Park, attending SUNY Geneseo, and living in Fairport NY, I cover many counties and markets and and I am fortunate to know the ins and outs of each one. The main focus of my business is residential, so day in and day out I am helping first-time home buyers, relocation clients, investors, clients that are upsizing/downsizing, and vacation homes on the Finger Lakes.

I am big on transparency and education with my buyers and sellers. I tell it how it is and will always give the good, bad, and ugly on how scenarios can play out through the buying and selling process.
